What kind of homes are built in Rita Blanca Trail?

Rita Blanca Trail is an intimate, quiet, upscale street of cottage-style patio homes and single family homes. The development allows for privacy because there’s no multiple-story homes on either side. This single access street was thoughtfully designed in a great location. Rita Blanca Trail is a short distance/walk to school and the Lake/Coliseum area. The street is buffeted by the new high school and the proposed church site and this intimate street design provides for a potential higher degree of neighborhood security. The development is owned by a single entity that has a long-term desired outcome rather than owned by many individuals attempting to unload properties. We value a blend of upscale European style homes with upgraded amenities, designer built homes, and a good secure neighborhood, thus our desire for the development of Rita Blanca Trail.

What kind of homes are being built in Seminole Trail?

Seminole Trail is a natural extension of an existing residential subdivision to the west and was created as a family friendly cul-de-sac of single family homes. It is envisioned as a traditional neighborhood with manicured streets and a myriad of home styles. The lot sized lends itself to a variety of homes no less than 1,800 square feet. Your dream home is determined by you: Choose your lot, your builder, your style.
